Pronunciation for Singers

Tuition in this highly specialised field is provided for singers of professional standard:

• French, German and Spanish song for native speakers of English

• English song for non-native speakers. 

Coaching can be provided for individual songs, or more extensive tuition can be given in the pronunciation of one or several languages.

Training is provided, in a session with the singer alone or during a lesson led by the singing teacher, by Catriona Duncan, who is qualified as a teacher of languages and also an experienced solo mezzo soprano in Britain and abroad.

Catriona is also prepared to attend performances and give feedback on diction
